Hermes Agent helps you manage your daily schedule and email by reading your Google Calendar events to produce a daily briefing, scanning Gmail to highlight important messages, and accessing Google Drive documents you specifically request. All processing happens on your private infrastructure.
Google Sign-In & OAuth 2.0 — You sign in with your Google Account. The app requests only the minimum scopes needed to provide its features.
Google Calendar — Events are read once per day to generate a text-only schedule summary. Calendar data is processed in memory and not permanently stored. Used only for the daily briefing feature.
Gmail — Message metadata and content are scanned when you request an inbox review, to identify important items needing attention. The app sends email only when you explicitly confirm. No email content is permanently retained.
Google Drive — Documents and spreadsheets are accessed only when you request a specific analysis or task. Data is processed in memory and results are returned to you. Raw document content is not stored.
No Google user data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for training. All data processing occurs on the owner's private home lab infrastructure. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
